    • The logo symbolizes the aspiration of the MBHTE for an integrated, quality and inclusive education in BARMM through merging education sectors into one as clearly spell out in the Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL

 

The seven rays of the sun symbolizes the five (5) provinces of BARMM, 1 chartered city and the 63 barangays in North Cotabato. The torch symbolizes “nur” or light; in Islam, knowledge or education is light like what the prophet mentioned in his hadith “Al-ilmu nurun”.The yellow line inside the flames symbolizes the four (4) sub-sectors of MBHTE.

Allah said in Surah Luqman verse 27: And were every tree that is in the earth (made into) pens and the sea (to supply it with ink), with seven more seas to increase it, the words of Allah would not come to an end; surely Allah is Mighty, Wise. This verse reminds us to be humble in dealing with our subordinate, whatever position or degree we have.

ACCESS TO HIGHER AND MODERN EDUCATION (AHME) PORTAL

The Access to Higher and Modern Education (AHME) Scholarship Program also known as the Bangsamoro IQ Scholar is a flagship scholarship program of the Bangsamoro Government implemented by the Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education (MBHTE). It is a program that complements existing higher education scholarship, subsidy, loan, and similar programs implemented in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) for qualified senior high school and ALS graduates in the region and gives priority to qualified combatants, their children, orphans, or surviving spouses in line with post-conflict rehabilitation and development efforts of the Bangsamoro Government. It will provide PhP 60,000.00 per student per academic year to a total of 1,400 qualified student beneficiaries region-wide.
